湖南24岁的周景明（现持有身份证上的名字）在社交媒体上发文称，自己请求改回曾用名朱雀玄武的申请暂未通过审批。
他还晒出了湖南郴州市桂阳县公安的回复，回复中写道，这是周景明近13个月以来提交的第11次更名申请，他频繁申请更名的行为已属扰乱公共秩序、浪费行政资源。
“我还会继续申请改名，想通过改名引发关注。我想出名，喜欢被人关注，黑红也是红。”
已经是第三次参加高考的他，成绩依然不理想，之前其还分享了自己的高考成绩，总分是246分，分别是语文74分，数学20分，外语29分，政治56分，历史24分，地理43分。
