消息称美国已禁止在政府设备上使用DeepSeek：我国回应

快科技3月18日消息，据美国媒体报道称，美国商务部各部门最近几周通知工作人员，中国人工智能（AI）模型深度求索（DeepSeek）已被禁止在其政府设备上使用。

针对上述情况，我国方面回应称，“我们一贯反对泛化“国家安全”概念，将经贸和科技问题政治化，我们也将坚定维护中国企业的合法权益。”

在这之前，美国国会就曾提出《2025年美国人工智能能力与中国脱钩法案》。法案主要内容包括：禁止美国人在中国境内推进人工智能能力，禁止下载或使用DeepSeek，否则将被定性为犯罪，最高可判处20年监禁。

方案中还指出，与中国的高校、大学或实验室合作可能涉及违法，个人罚款100万美元，公司罚款1亿美元，赔偿金额为3倍；将相关行为视为加重罪行，涉及技术转移的非美国公民可能面临被驱逐出境风险。
